The Midwest League announced today that Keith Winter, head groundskeeper for the Fort Wayne TinCaps, along with assistant groundskeeper Rob Dworkin, have been selected as the recipients of the 2011 Midwest League Sports Turf Manager/Grounds Crew of the Year Award.
