STMA issues Call for Presentations for 2011 Conference in Austin

The Sports Turf Managers Association’s (STMA) online Call for Presentations for the 2011 Conference is live.  The 2011 Conference will be held January 11-15 in Austin, Texas. 
Specifically, STMA is seeking presentations on innovative technologies, success stories, case studies, university research and compliance and advocacy presentations. Some topics that previous conference attendees have requested be considered for the 2011 conference include:


         Career management and personal development


         Environmental issues regarding organic management, IPM, water conservation and sustainability


         Synthetic field management


         Disease, insect and weed management


         Irrigation and drainage issues


Those interested in formally sharing their expertise and experiences with peers at the STMA Conference may log on to www.STMA.org/conferences/2011conf/call/ to submit a presentation.  Please complete and submit all the required materials listed on the online form by the March 31, 2010 deadline.
