Turface Athletics launches expanded video library

Turface Athletics launched a new expanded online video library at Turface.com. The free online video library boasts more than a dozen video segments intended to educate sports field managers at any level of play on the latest maintenance and renovation techniques for ball fields and sports turf.

The free video library expansion is one of several initiatives planned from Turface Athletics as it celebrates its 50th anniversary in 2013.

“Grassroots education has played a major role in the success of Turface Athletics, going all the way back to our infancy five decades ago,” said Jeff Langner, marketing manager for Turface Athletics. “We have always maintained a commitment to making fields safe and playable, and are proud to now offer even more educational tools for coaches, field managers, or anyone who is responsible for field maintenance.”

In addition to the videos available at Turface.com, Turface Athletics is promoting the library throughout the year with its “Watch and Win” giveaway for viewers. To enter, participants can visit www.turface.com/50years/watch-and-win and view the short educational video selected from Turface’s video library. They will receive a promotional code at the end of the video that allows the viewer to complete an entry form. Every quarter throughout the year, one entry will be selected and that winning entrant will receive two tons of Turface® product and $250 to purchase field maintenance supplies.

“Everyone at Turface Athletics is humbled to be able to celebrate our 50th anniversary,” Langner said. “We want to give back to our partners, friends and customers so they can share in our excitement, because they are the ones who made this milestone possible.”
