Turface Athletics is providing coaches and groundskeepers a chance to plan ahead for a busy 2009 on their athletic fields, offering price discounts available through a national network of distributors. Turface Athletics recently announced its 2009 Early Order Program, allowing its distributors to stock up on a variety of Turface products, including Turface MVP, Turface Quick Dry, Turface Pro League and Turface MoundMaster Blocks—in addition to the innovative Field & Fairway product for use in turf. Often, distributors will pass savings along to their customers, meaning coaches and sports turf managers can stock up early in the season and enjoy healthy discounts.

“The Early Order Program gets product stocked in distributor warehouses so that customers can easily access our products at distributor locations throughout the country,” said Vice President of Sales Joe Betulius. “We have provided distributors with great pricing if they buy now, and those discounts can be passed on to end users of the product when customers place orders early in the year with their Turface distributor.”

Turface Athletics will feature its products and promotions as part of two national trade shows coming up in 2009. The American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) will convene January 2-5, 2009 in San Diego, Calif. There, Turface Athletics will also present its Field Maintenance Award and its Field Maintenance Scholarship.

January 13-17, 2009, Turface Athletics will take part in the Sports Turf Managers Association (STMA) national conference in San Jose, Calif. At the conclusion of the conference, there will be a Major League Baseball Groundskeepers Symposium, presented each year by Turface and its partners Toro and Covermaster. The symposium will feature a field renovation at Sequoia High School in San Jose.
