Rekortan, a leader in track and field surface technology, is continuing its partnership with Penn Relays, one of the most renowned track and field events in the world. The 130th anniversary of the historic event featuring thousands of professional, collegiate, and high school athletes will be held from April 23-25 at Franklin Field. Since 1988, Rekortan has served as the official track of the Penn Relays and expanded its support last year by becoming a Presenting Sponsor of the Coaches Expo, which they will sponsor again this year.
“We are proud to continue our longstanding partnership with Penn Relays as both the official track of the competitions and presenting sponsor of the annual Coaches Expo,” said Tim Jordan, vice president, Rekortan USA. “Our company has over 50 years of experience supporting track and field athletes and coaches around the world with the best tracks to showcase their talent while ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal speed.”
Held in conjunction with the Penn Relays track and field competitions, the Coaches Expo brings together coaches from all levels of the sport to provide an essential platform for networking and education opportunities. As the Presenting Sponsor, Rekortan has a dedicated booth with extensive branding and offers interactive experiences for attendees. The Coaches Expo is located at the Coach Dave Micahnik Fencing Center.
Participants of the Penn Relays compete on a Rekortan track at Franklin Field that features renewable and recycled materials.
