NEPSAC partners with Tarkett Sports

The New England Preparatory School Athletic Council (NEPSAC) and Tarkett Sports have entered into an agreement through which Tarkett Sports will become the Official Sports Surfacing Partner of NEPSAC. Under the agreement, Tarkett Sports will offer service and membership benefits to NEPSAC schools that are interested in facility upgrades for their institutional athletic programs.

Tarkett Sports offers a portfolio of athletic surfacing and sports flooring solutions through its brands FieldTurf, Beynon Sports, Tarkett Sports Indoor, Tarkett Sports Construction and GrassMaster.

“We are very excited to team up with Tarkett Sports as the Official Sports Surfacing Partner of NEPSAC,” said NEPSAC President Ryan Frost. “Tarkett Sports’ outstanding service, solutions and reputation represents a best-in-class opportunity for our member institutions that are looking to enhance and upgrade their athletic facilities with partnership benefits. Having delivered thousands of outstanding facility upgrades to the NEPSAC community throughout the years, we are so pleased to welcome Tarkett Sports into our family of partners.”

Said Darren Gill, executive vice president, Tarkett Sports. “This collaboration underscores our commitment to providing top-quality sports surfaces that enhance athletic performance and safety for students across the region. At Tarkett Sports, we believe in supporting the development of youth athletes by offering innovative and sustainable solutions that meet the highest standards. We look forward to working closely with NEPSAC to continue to make a difference.”

NEPSAC was established in 1942 as an organization of athletic directors from accredited New England independent schools. While the association does not function as a regulatory or oversight body (like the NCAA or state public high school associations), NEPSAC does sanction New England championship events in many sports and provides guidance in a variety of issues involving interscholastic athletics in our schools. NEPSAC consists of four district organizations, each of which operates with some autonomy in guiding the development of policies and procedures related to athletic competition within the district.
