PBI-Gordon announced that Brent Flander has joined the company as national account manager. Conrad Pannkuk was promoted to sales representative for Kansas, Missouri and Arkansas.
Brent Flander
As national account manager, Flander will manage national accounts in the turf and ornamental markets of golf, landscape, and professional lawn care. Flander will be an active member of the key accounts team and will lead cross-functional teams to support the development and implementation of strategic business plans with key customers. He will foster and develop strong customer relationships and coach peers through the key account management process.
Prior to joining PBI-Gordon, Flander spent many years as a senior field sales representative at Bayer Crop Science. Before that, Brent was an agronomist at Heartland Cooperative.
Flander holds a Bachelor of Science in agronomy from Iowa State University.
“Brent brings more than 21 years of industry experience to this role, including over 14 years of sales leadership experience,” said Tim Demerath, vice president of sales for PBI-Gordon Corporation. “We are excited to have Brent on board. Our customers and sales team will benefit greatly from his expertise in customer relationships.”
Conrad Pannkuk
In his new role as sales representative, Pannkuk will be responsible for PBI-Gordon product sales to golf course and turfgrass management customers in Kansas, Missouri, and Arkansas. Pannkuk will also further develop his sales territory and identify new business opportunities to achieve strategic goals and objectives.
Pannkuk joined PBI-Gordon in January 2022 as a sales support representative. Before that, he spent more than eight years in the golf course maintenance industry.
Pannkuk earned his Bachelor of Science in horticulture and turfgrass management from Iowa State University.
