STMA is planning to host its annual Conference in Palm Springs, Calif., Jan. 11-14, 2021, IF it can do so safely. STMA’s first priority is the safety of participants, exhibitors, speakers and staff. STMA is currently working with hotels and the Palm Springs Convention Center to learn about and evaluate their safety protocols. The STMA Board of Directors will make a final decision in the early fourth quarter of 2020. If unable to hold an in-person event, STMA will provide a top educational program with a trade show virtually.
Those who attend the in-person event will find a stellar educational program with five tracks, a full trade show floor with the latest equipment and technology, events designed for networking yet that provide for very important social distancing, golf and more! Many sessions will qualify for California Pesticide Recertification Credits.
There is no price increase from 2020 (STMA hasn’t had one since 2009); the cost is $375 per member with a discount for more than one person attending from the same facility. One-day packages will be available. Online registration will open on Oct. 15.
There is much uncertainty in the months ahead. If the in-person event must be cancelled due to federal, state or local restrictions and you have already registered, be assured that STMA will refund your entire fee.
