According to a report by “Maryland Matters,” a bill in the Maryland General Assembly, sponsored by Del. Mary A. Lehman (D-Prince George’s), brought before the Maryland House Economic Matters Committee, would keep synthetic turf manufacturers on the hook for proper disposal practices when artificial fields reach the end of their lives.
