By now, when he arrives each morning at his spot in the Oklahoma State coaches’ parking lot, Mike Holder expected to see a flurry of construction activity to the immediate north of Boone Pickens Stadium.
He expected to see the development of Oklahoma State’s Athletic Village a collection of state-of-the-art venues that would include a $50 million indoor practice facility and a $30 million baseball stadium.
Instead, he sees 100 acres of mostly nothing.
