2:00 pm – 5:00 pm Ohio Department of Agriculture Pesticide Applicators License Testing If you are planning to take the Pesticide Applicators Licensing Test you need to schedule with the ODA by calling 800-282-1955 or on-line at www.ohioagriculture.gov. Select Regulatory Programs then Schedule an Exam. You must bring a photo ID with you to the testing.
