The New England Sports Field Management Association (NE-SFMA) share the news that, one of NE-SFMA’s founders, James Connelly, passed away peacefully on September 30.
According to NE-SFMA, “Jim was a dedicated professional, respected industry leader, and cherished friend to many. His leadership, devotion to the profession, and indomitable spirit helped shape our association and left a lasting mark on the sports field management community. Jim’s contributions to our industry were many, but it is the friendships he built and the lives he touched that will be remembered most. All of us at NE-SFMA extend our heartfelt condolences to Jim’s beloved wife, Karen, and the entire Connelly family. We are grateful for Jim’s many years of friendship and service, and we will miss him greatly.”
