Milwaukee Tool hosts Pipeline event

Milwaukee Tool Pipeline

Milwaukee Tool hosted its Pipeline event August 12-14, 2026, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The event is designed to give industry media and professional user influencers the opportunity to be among the first to see the innovations coming from Milwaukee, get hands-on with new products, and create exclusive content.

According to Milwaukee Tool, through continued investment in its systems, trade-focused innovation, and breakthrough technology, Milwaukee develops solutions that solve real-world challenges while protecting the investment professionals have made across the company’s platforms.

“We have a lot of skilled trades surrounding us today,” said Shane Moll, group president, Milwaukee Tool. “Today is about understanding that our job here at Milwaukee is to continue to advance the trades and continue to move forward.”

“The complexities you face every day are getting more difficult,” Moll told attendees. “You have more demands on you, tighter timelines, higher expectations. We’re going to continue to never stop learning, to never stop listening, to never stop solving problems. Milwaukee continues to rethink what is possible.”

According to Tim Albrecht, group president of hand tools, storage and PPE at Milwaukee Tool, Pipeline 2026 presented more than 100 new world solutions focused on Milwaukee Tool users.

“We have to deliver disruptive innovation,” said Albrecht. “If we aren’t going to a jobsite with a product that solves an issue they’re having, then we are not bringing any incremental value to that user. If we can invent a product that makes somebody safer every day, or offers more productivity, how much value does that have? It’s about inventing new world solutions.

“We owe it to the customers and users invested in our system that we are committed to those systems,” Albrecht added. “How do we leverage your dollars that you’ve invested in our systems to keep you productive with the same system even as technology changes? We have to think differently and we have to think about how we’re adding productivity every single day for our users.”

Outdoor solutions

Some new introductions for the lawn, landscape and grounds management professional that Milwaukee Tool showcased during Pipeline are as follows:

M18 Self-propelled Broadcast Spreader

Milwaukee Tool Pipeline

The M18 Self-Propelled Broadcast Spreader is designed to deliver greater productivity with less effort, ensuring a consistent application on every pass. The brushless motor greatly reduces manual fatigue by propelling the unit and removing the need to manually push a fully loaded hopper across multiple properties throughout the day. Unlike traditional push spreaders, the self-propelled drive system, optimized weight distribution, and ergonomic handles helps reduce user effort while maintaining a consistent application rate throughout the job. This spreader offers three self-propelled speed modes across 2.5, 3.0, and 3.5 mph, allowing users to set both walking speed and spread coverage throughout the entire hopper discharge. With the self-propelled capability always regulating the speed of the rotary disk, this solution delivers a consistent application from the first property of the day to the last. The integrated user interface improves access to the dispersion controls, deflector, and speed modes, allowing for increased efficiency by positioning all of these controls at the user’s fingertips. Designed to withstand tough landscaping environments, this spreader incorporates a stainless steel frame and fasteners, sealed gearbox, and sealed battery compartment for increased durability and life. This battery-powered broadcast spreader kit includes an M18 Redlithium Forge 12.0 battery that allows for up to 357,000 square feet of coverage per charge and is fully compatible with 300-plus solutions on the M18 system.

“You know you have an innovative product when you go drop a prototype off on a job site and the people are fighting about who gets to use that powered solution in the spreader,” said Albrecht. “But think about it. The option is you’re pushing a 50-pound tub around a landscaping job. Wouldn’t you rather have the M18 solution?”

M12 Handheld Broadcast Spreader

Milwaukee Tool Pipeline

The M12 Handheld Broadcast Spreader delivers an easy and controlled spreading experience, all while greatly reducing fatigue throughout the application. The brushless motor offers best-in-class spread control and consistency throughout the entire application while eliminating the need for two-handed manual operation. This spreader offers a spread pattern of 125 degrees paired with three throw distance modes across 2, 4 and 6 feet, allowing users to set their spread distance for a consistent spread throughout the entire hopper discharge. With the brushless motor always regulating the speed of the rotary disk, this solution delivers a consistent application from the first property of the day to the last. Additionally, this spreader has 5 dispersion gate settings for different granular materials, and a built-in side deflector to allow better control in application. Designed to withstand tough landscaping environments, this spreader incorporates a durable tool housing, robust gears, and a sealed battery compartment for increased durability and life. This battery-powered broadcast spreader kit includes an M12 Redlithium CP2.0 battery that allows for up to 76,000 square feet of coverage per charge and is fully compatible with more than 150 solutions on the M12 system.

Chain and bar accessories expansion

Milwaukee’s expanded chain and bar solutions deliver greater productivity across a variety of wood-cutting applications. The new 16″ 3/8″ low profile pitch .050″ gauge saw chain, recommended for use with M18 Fuel 16″ chainsaw (2727-20), provides easier cuts. The chamfer chisel tooth shape means less re-sharpening vs a full-chisel cutter. The narrow kerf, low profile cutters offer more cuts per charge versus standard kerf to help maximize battery efficiency. For additional life and cutting versatility, Milwaukee also introduces the 16″ hardened 3/8″ low profile pitch .050″ gauge saw chain. This chain offers up to two times longer life and stays sharper in dirty and abrasive wood. This chain provides easier cutting without compromising speed. It is recommended for use with M18 Fuel 16″ chainsaw (2727-20) and 16″ 3/8″ low profile pitch, .050″ gauge guide bar (49-16-2830). The narrow nose chain and bar set offers precise pruning with the narrow bar profile, fast hardwood cutting, and a lighter bar for less fatigue.
