The SFMA Nominating Committee has officially launched the 2027 Board Interest Form process and is seeking dedicated members who are ready to help guide the association’s strategic direction. Deadline to submit interest is September 15, 2026.

What happens next?
The SFMA Nominating Committee is currently accepting Board Interest Forms for the following positions:
- Secretary/Treasurer
- Commercial Director
- Director at Large
- Schools K–12 Director
- Professional Facilities Director
Members who have an interest in serving in one of these leadership roles are encouraged to submit a Board Interest Form for consideration by the Nominating Committee.
Submitting a Board Interest Form does not place your name directly on the ballot. It allows the SFMA Nominating Committee to learn more about your leadership experience, discuss the responsibilities of Board service, and determine the best alignment between candidates and the positions available.
