The Synthetic Turf Council (STC) announced the winners of the eighth annual STC Awards during its annual conference. STC member PrecisionJet sponsored the awards ceremony event.
The STC Awards is a member program designed to honor members who help advance the association’s mission, vision and synthetic turf industry.
“These awards and categories honor the outstanding contributions that are shaping the future of the synthetic turf industry through safety, innovation and sustainability,” said Melanie Taylor, CAE, STC president and CEO.
The recipients of the 2025 STC Awards are:
- Volunteer of the Year: Trey Brindle, Shaw Sports Turf
- Rookie of the Year: Ashley Cole, The Recreational Group
- Innovation: Biomimetic – SYNLawn
- Philanthropy: Boys and Girls Club of Southern Nevada – SYNLawn
- Sustainability: GTR Turf – SYNLawn
- Landscape Project of the Year – Commercial: TGL – SYNLawn
- Landscape Project of the Year – Recreation: Ft. Worth Dream Park – SYNLawn
- Landscape Project of the Year – Residential: Sanctuary Lakes Residential – Premier Synthetic Grass
- Sports Field Project of the Year – Multi-field: Indooroopilly Multifield Project – Premier Synthetic Grass
- Sports Field Project of the Year – Single Field under 75K square feet: Paris High School – Sprinturf
- Sports Field Project of the Year – Single Field over 75K square feet: St. John Vianney High School – Shaw Sports Turf
