The Musser International Turfgrass Foundation announced that it is offering a $5,000 scholarship to further support graduate students in turfgrass related studies.
Qualifications for application are:
- A minimum Grade Point Average of 3.4 for the last two years of undergraduate study.
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s of Science Program or received Master’s of Science degree in the current calendar year.
- Research objectives relevant to turfgrass science and management
The candidate shall be pursuing a course of study and thesis research problem in the area of Turfgrass science that may encompass breeding and genetics, plant physiology, ecology and culture, soil science, pest management including weeds, diseases and insects, environmental science, economics and/or sociology.
