SFMA is changing how hotel reservations will be managed for the 2026 SFMA Conference in Fort Worth, Texas.
In previous years, hotel booking links were released before/separately from conference registration. For 2026, hotel links will only be provided after attendees complete their conference registration. This change ensures that hotel accommodations are reserved for registered attendees and exhibitor booth staff, providing a smoother and more reliable booking process.
What this means:
- Once you register for the conference, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with access to the official hotel booking links.
- Hotel rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so SFMA encourages you to register early to secure your preferred accommodations.
- Only registered attendees will have access to the discounted conference hotel block.
