SFMA announced that the call for presentations for the 2026 SFMA Conference and Exhibition is officially open. The conference is set to take place January 18-22, 2026, at the Fort Worth Convention Center, Fort Worth, Texas.
Participating as a presenter provides a unique opportunity to enhance your professional visibility and contribute significantly to our community’s knowledge base. SFMA is seeking engaging and informative presentations covering topics such as sports field management, professional development, and the latest in technologies and research.
How to submit your presentation:
1. Log into your SFMA member portal or create a new account at the SFMA Member Portal.
2. Once logged in, navigate to Conferences -> Upcoming Conference -> Call for Presentations -> Submit a Presentation.
3. Follow the instructions to submit your proposal. You can track your submission status in the Call for Presentations Center.
Proposals must be submitted through the SFMA portal as outlined above. The deadline for submissions is April 1, 2025.
