PGMS now accepting LEAD applications

The Professional Grounds Management Society (PGMS) is now accepting applications for the 2023-2024 leadership education and development certificate program, LEAD. Monthly education will be led by industry-leading content providers and Brandon Haley, CGM will serve as the 2023-2024 Dean of Leadership.

“PGMS recognizes the importance of leadership education and how pivotal it is to develop a company culture that

industry’s current and aspiring leaders communicate effectively, recognize and reduce conflict all while building a
culture that inspires high-quality results,” said Bruce De Vrou, CGM, President of the Society.

LEAD is specifically designed to help industry professionals build the foundational skills needed to become transformational leaders in grounds management. Upon earning a LEAD Certificate, participants will be prepared to pursue future leadership opportunities.
