Gordon new president of Signature Systems

Seth Gordon is taking on the role of President and COO of Signature Systems Group, beginning 4 November. Arnon Rosan, who founded Signature in 1998, is stepping aside into a new role at a start-up tech company. Rosan built Signature’s product line, manufacturing capabilities and distribution to become one of the world’s leading manufacturers and providers of modular flooring systems, access solutions and temporary fencing. Rosan said:

“In the time that I have been privileged to lead Signature I have watched it grow from $0 in sales and two employees (including myself) to nearly $100 million in sales and over 125 employees, with customers on every continent. It has been an exciting ride, one that I know Seth Gordon and the rest of the team will continue. I am honoured to have had the opportunity to work with such an incredible group of employees and talented management team, and to have a chance to build something truly special with the team. As an entrepreneur, I felt it was time to transition into a new start-up.”

Seth Gordon was hired in 2008 as Signature’s Director of Business Development and promoted to Senior Vice President of Strategy in 2012. In his five year journey to Signature’s helm, Gordon played a key role in expanding Signature’s reach to new industries, including energy exploration, sports surfaces, exhibitions and experiential marketing. He was also integral to establishing Signature’s European headquarters in the United Kingdom and winning the bid for Signature’s largest project to date, supplying more than 2,000,000ft² of temporary flooring and roadways to the 2012 London Olympics. Gordon said:

“It has been a true privilege to work under Arnon for five years, learning about the industry from a dynamic pioneer, and growing and thriving with the company in the entrepreneurial family culture that he has fostered at Signature. I am honoured and humbled by the opportunity to continue what he started and to take Signature to the next level.”
