Paul Saunders joins E-Z-GO as VP, Info Technology

Paul Saunders has joined E-Z-GO, a Textron (NYSE:TXT) company, as vice president, information technology. Saunders will also serve as vice president, information technology, for Greenlee, also a Textron company.
Saunders, who will be based in Augusta, formerly worked at Textron Information Services, a centralized IT service provider for all Textron companies, including Cessna, Bell Helicopter,      E-Z-GO, Jacobsen, Greenlee, Kautex and Textron Systems. Saunders served in a number of leadership positions at TIS, most recently as director, service delivery. In that role, Saunders was responsible for IT services integral to Textron operations, including the company’s e-mail and mobile systems, server infrastructure, storage and backup.
Saunders holds a bachelor’s degree from Middlesex University in London and a master’s degree in computer information systems from the University of Phoenix. He also completed the Textron Executive Leadership Program at the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
At E-Z-GO, Saunders will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware and software selection and deployment, network management, transactional and operational systems, telecommunications, and the state-of-the-art manufacturing execution system that drives production of E-Z-GO’s revolutionary RXV vehicle platform.
