Agrium Advanced Technologies is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Adrian Mezenberg as manager, customer service at their Brantford, Ontario, office.  Mezenberg’s role will include leading and managing customer service, logistics and transportation to move products to customers globally, with an overall vision to exceed customer expectations, provide the best service in the industry and make it easy for people to do business with the company.

Mezenberg comes to the Agrium Advanced Technologies team after working for Axela Inc., a biotech startup where he was responsible for leading customer and operations support worldwide.  Prior to his position with Axela, he spent nearly eight years with Bayer Healthcare Diagnostics in various customer service and support roles, the latest of which was technical product manager responsible for overall service delivery on Bayer’s molecular testing portfolio.

A native of Brantford, Mezenberg holds a bachelor of science degree in biology from McMaster University.  His years of professional experience include functional and project management in the areas of customer service, technical support, supply chain, operations and international business development.
