The Ohio Turfgrass Foundation (OTF) announced that applications are now open for its 2025 scholarship program. OTF is proud to support the next generation of turfgrass industry leaders and encourages all eligible students to apply.
This year, OTF is offering several scholarships. A single application will be considered for all available awards. Opportunities include, but are not limited to:
- Matt Williams Honorary Educational Scholarship: Two scholarships of $2,500 each will be awarded to students currently enrolled in a 2 or 4-year turfgrass management program.
- Darian Daily Internship Grant: At least one grant of $2,500 will be awarded to a student with an interest in sports turf who has recently completed an internship in the field.
Eligibility requirements:
- Applicants must be a member of the Ohio Turfgrass Foundation. (Note: Student membership is free)
- Applicants must be enrolled in a 2- or 4-year program related to the turfgrass industry.
- Specific requirements for each scholarship are detailed in the attached application packet.
The deadline for all applications is October 15, 2025.
