This June marks 50 years since Bob and Dean Walker started working together at Walker Manufacturing. Their partnership has helped shape the company into what it has become. Today, they are both still active in day-to-day operations – Bob as chairman and Dean as chief product officer.
In addition to their ongoing roles, they have been dedicated to mentoring and coaching the third generation of the Walker family, Ryan and Ted Walker, who have taken on increasing leadership responsibilities in recent years and have served as president and executive vice president since 2019.
