Toro adds Debris Guard to PSN+ spray nozzles

The Toro PSN+ Series Nozzle, designed to use 33% less water than traditional spray nozzles, now features Toro’s exclusive Debris Guard backflow prevention technology. Debris Guard blocks debris from flowing back into the nozzle at the end of the irrigation cycle. This innovative solution to a common industry challenge reduces hassles with clogging, giving irrigation contractors even more flexibility when installing or retrofitting systems and offering peace of mind for homeowners.

“No matter the landscape, even in sandy environments, water will flow through the PSN+ Series Nozzles,” said Peter Lackner, marketing manager for Toro’s Precision Irrigation Business. “Debris Guard builds on the unmatched water saving technology of these nozzles, providing a dependable and efficient product that both contractors and homeowners can count on.”

PSN+ Series Nozzles feature patented H2O chip technology that creates a fast-oscillating spray of water. The uniform droplets provide consistent coverage with less water waste. Independent testing found that they’re the most efficient fixed spray nozzle on the market today.

“PSN+ Series Nozzles with Debris Guard are another great addition to our WaterSmart products,” Lackner said. “They are easy-to-install and provide lasting performance all while saving water.”

Like all Toro WaterSmart products, PSN+ Series Nozzles are versatile and can be retrofit or added to any system and any brand of spray head to provide water savings and better irrigation efficiency while maintaining healthy landscapes.
