On Wednesday, April 30, the Colorado Sports Field Management Association (SFMA) will host its Spring Seminar at Erie Community Park. The event will provide a morning of education and hands on experience of battery powered equipment.
Numerous vendors will be on site to answer questions about battery-powered equipment and opportunities to compare different brands. Speakers from the Regional Air Quality Control Commission will speak to the group about Regulation Number 29, which would affect municipalities, county governments, city and county governments, public school districts, and special districts regarding operating equipment under 10 horsepower starting June 2025.
The event is free for members and $50 for nonmembers. Registration is open at www.csfma.org
