Briggs & Stratton announced a partnership with Scott Industrial Systems – a full line fluid power distributor, offering expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics and electronic control systems. Scott will utilize the Vanguard Commercial Lithium-Ion Battery Pack to offer a complete engineered e-drive solution.
With an emphasis on solving complicated fluid power problems with custom engineered solutions, Scott helps its customers migrate from conventional fuel to electric-powered machines. Electric power eliminates a customer’s need to manage and store fuel on-site as well as simplifies required monthly maintenance, ultimately leading to a safer work environment. The technology also helps with sustainability efforts by eliminating engine exhaust.
