The Sports Turf Managers Association (STMA) isexcited to be returning to an in-person conference format this year in the beautiful city of Savannah, Ga. (Jan. 17-20, 2022). Although STMA was grateful to deliver a virtual conference in 2021, the association is looking forward to reconnecting in person after two long years of being on the other side of a computer screen. Anticipation is high for the vibrancy in the room during events and education, exchanging ideas in networking sessions, and viewing new products in person on the trade show floor. STMA hopes to see each of you in 2022 in Savannah!

Speaker: Craig Whelden., Inspired Leadership in Challenging Times
Craig Whelden is a Major General, U.S. Army (retired). Whelden’s leadership journey began as an Eagle Scout at age 14. Thirty years later, he was the youngest General in the United States Army. Combined with another nine years as a member of the Senior Executive Service (SES) with the U.S. Marine Corps, he has led thousands of soldiers, sailors, Marines and civilians.
