2019 Middle Tennessee Area TVSTMA meeting is March 6
8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, City of Franklin (TN) Parks Department
Dr. Gregg Munshaw, University of Kentucky, will be speaking on #Bluemuda and its application on Sports Turf; Dr. Alan Windham, UT, will be speaking on Soil Microbiology for turf grasses, and Thomas Trotter, Nashville Sounds Sports Turf Manager, will be leading a discussion on Infield Maintenance. There will also be a tour of the athletic facilities of Franklin Parks and Recreation (weather permitting). Info here
NESTMA annual meeting and lunch March 6 in Providence
As part of the 22nd annual New England Regional Turfgrass Conference, NESTMA will host their annual meeting at a lunch, 11 to 1 pm, at the Rhode Island Convention Center, Rotunda Room, in Providence. The show runs March 5-7.
A terrific program in store including:

MASTMA Education day March 8
The Mid-Atlantic Sports Turf Managers Association (MASTMA) invites you to attend a day of education and networking at the Under Armour Performance Center (1 Winning Drive, Owings Mills, MD 21117) on Friday, March 8, 2019. The Virginia Tech Turf Team (Dr. Shawn Askew, Dr. Michael Goatley, and Dr. David McCall) will be discussing the following topics: Fertility of Bermuda Grass, Managing Weeds in Transition Zone, Disease Management, New Trial Products. Attendance qualifies for pesticide and fertilizer recertification.
