Let your voice be heard! Vote for your favorite “Stars and Stripes” contest design via Facebook by July 15. The STMA member who created the pattern generating the highest number of votes will receive one (1) complimentary registration to the 2019 STMA Annual Conference in Phoenix, Ariz. The voting period will last until 11:59:59 CDT July 15 and the winner will be announced on July 18. Last year’s winner, Andrew Marking, earned over 200 likes through his “Banks of the Mississippi River” field design at Modern Woodmen Park, home to the Quad Cities River Bandits. This year’s submissions by turf professionals from major sports leagues, NCAA, and parks and recreation sectors include “Two Flags and a Star,” “The Original American Flag,” “Pride on Independence Day,” and “Old Glory.”
