New overtime pay rules take effect December 1

The new DOL rules affecting overtime and salary levels of exempt employees go into effect Dec. 1. Are you prepared? The rule means that your exempt employees (not eligible for overtime) must earn a salary of $47,476, or you must pay for any overtime worked.
