Little League International is looking for a Full Time Turf and Groundskeeper. The primary responsibility of this position will be the maintenance and care of all playing fields at the Little League International Headquarters Complex in South Williamsport, PA. This position will also assist with other light maintenance duties including snow removal and maintenance of all equipment. Person in this position will also be a resource for regional Little League facility managers and program directors regarding field care. Candidates must have a degree in Turfgrass Science, Turf Management or related field with two to four years of baseball field experience and a valid pesticide license is preferred or willing to obtain. Must be able to multi-task, supervise small staff, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and bend, stoop, stand for long hours and work in all weather conditions. Must be able to pass background check and have clean DMV check.
