Aquatrols to present on soil surfactants at the European Geosciences Union General Assembly

Aquatrols, the world leader in soil surfactant technology, will present information on soil surfactants at the 2014 European Geosciences Union General Assembly. The scientific gathering, which takes place in Vienna, Austria from April 27 to May 2, will bring together geoscientists from all over the world and cover all disciplines of the Earth, planetary, and space sciences.

Dr. Stan Kostka, Aquatrols’ Director of Technology and Innovation, is a co-author on two posters centered on soil surfactants. The first will highlight changes in our understanding of water repellency in highly managed soils over the past 20 years while the second focuses on using soil surfactants to increase irrigation efficiency for irrigated potatoes.

Aquatrols’ ongoing participation in the EGU General Assembly exemplifies the company’s commitment to innovation and science-based research.

“Being active participants in the scientific community has always been important to us. We believe in each of our products and the research that goes into developing and supporting them. Participating in events like the EGU General Assembly gives us the chance to show the global scientific community precisely how we are changing the way the world grows,” said Aquatrols President and CEO Tracy Jarman.
