Barenbrug USA has appointed Jay Ingham as the new Professional Turf Sales Manager. Starting immediately, Ingham will lead the Professional Turf Program and continue to grow its market share domestically.
Ingham brings a wealth of experience to his new role. He has been with Barenbrug USA as the Western Territory Manager since January of 2001 and therefore has seen the launch of many successful programs including RTF in both Sod and Seed, RPR, HGT and the Yellow Jacket Enhanced Seed Coating program, to name a few. This experience will bring added-value to those he leads and to individual clients. James Schneider, Barenbrug’s CEO, comments: “We are thankful to be able to promote such a capable individual from within. Jay’s desire is evident to make the grass seed buying experience enjoyable for our valued customers.”
Currently living in central California, Ingham has been married to his wife Becky for 36 years. Together they have two children who each have little girls making Ingham a busy and proud grandfather. Ingham also enjoys hunting, fishing and boating in his spare time. “I am very pleased at the opportunity to lead the professional turf program and look forward to collaborating with our customers to grow and improve as we look towards the next decade and beyond,” Ingham states.
