Simplot Partners will launch a new product within their Specialty Product line

Simplot Partners and Plant Impact plc announced that Simplot Partners will launch a new product within their Specialty Product line.  TransFuse N, a product which incorporates Plant Impact’s PiNT technology, will launch this year in 11 western U.S. states in order to offer Simplot Partners high performance turf customers an improved controlled uptake nitrogen solution.
TransFuse N is specifically designed to support the needs of professional sports turf. It delivers an enduring growth response over 10 weeks following application while requiring less total nitrogen than conventional slow release products.  The technology within TransFuse N has been tested in independent trials by more than 10 U.S. universities and independent turf research contractors over a 3 year development program.  In these trials, the TransFuse N technology has been shown to improve leaf color and turf quality.
John Doyle, Specialty Products Manager for Simplot Partners commented, “We are continuously looking to expand the range of technologies we offer our customers, all of whom look to Simplot Partners to provide a range of solutions to them.  We are very pleased to be working with Plant Impact to develop and launch TransFuse N.”
Dr. Steve Adams, Director of Product Development for Plant Impact added, “We seek to work with commercial partners who understand the benefits of new technology, and we are excited about this commercial and technical opportunity.  Simplot has deep experience in bringing new products to the superintendent, and we look forward to supporting their development of the TransFuse N brand.”
