The STMA Conference Education Committee is seeking these and many other topics for the 2015 STMA Conference Education Program. The conference will be held January 13-16, 2015 in Denver. Submit your presentation idea in the Call for Presentations to share your expertise with sports turf professionals from across the country.
STMA is seeking engaging presentations in the areas of sports turf management, design and construction, environmental regulation and compliance, professional development, and new technologies and research. To be successful in the online submittal process, all presentations will be relevant to the sports turf management profession, include a clear and concise description of the presentation, include a detailed outline of the presentation, include clearly defined and detailed learning objectives, and feature a qualified presenter. The committee is interested in presentations from sports turf professionals of varying levels. Whether you manage a K-12 facility, professional sports stadium, coach little league, or teach turfgrass science, we want you to share your knowledge! The Conference Education Committee completes a thorough review of each presentation in order to give everyone equal consideration. Presentations that are not selected are shared with SportsTurf editor Eric Schroder for possible use as an article.
Please complete and submit all the required materials by the March 28, 2014 deadline. Submittals will be reviewed by the STMA Conference Education Committee, and notification of selection will be sent out prior to June 1, 2014. STMA looks forward to providing another year of quality education to conference attendees!
