Battling insect and disease damage on residential or commercial turf can be challenging for professionals and their customers. At the end of the day, a better-looking lawn is what is most important. Now that can be accomplished with one product, new CaravanTM G insecticide/fungicide from Syngenta. Caravan G delivers the disease control of Heritage® G fungicide and the insect control of Meridian® 25WG insecticide.

Caravan G controls a wide range of insect and disease pests including white grubs, chinch bugs, ants, craneflies, billbugs, Japanese beetles, sod webworms, brown patch, leaf spot, necrotic ring spot and red thread.

This ready-to-use product comes in a 30-pound bag with an easy-to-close zipper seal so you use only what you need for a cost-effective spot or full-yard treatment.

Caravan G provides the same grub control as Meridian and fights tough diseases such as brown patch with the same effectiveness of Heritage G. While timing and geographies will vary, one application of Caravan G made between May 15 through July 15 can yield season-long grub control and up to one month preventive brown patch control.

“Lawn and landscape professionals fight for every yard to create better looking lawns and to satisfy their customers,” said Laurie Riggs, lawn care market manager for Syngenta Turf & Landscape. “This new multi-purpose product was created specifically for this market to help professionals efficiently treat residential and commercial lawns and reduce fuel and labor costs.”

Approximately, 2.0 to 2.8 pounds of Caravan G are needed per 1,000 square feet. Spreader settings are located on the bag.
