Bayer reports on commitment to sustainability

In an effort to evaluate their progress toward becoming a more sustainable company, Bayer recently published a report, which documents the advancements Bayer has made in the key areas of climate protection, health care provision and nutrition for a growing world population and further achievements in the field of sustainability. This is a unique look into what Bayer is doing globally to impact sustainability and reinforces how Bayer strives to provide products that better turf beyond just disease and insect control.

Bayer is strengthening its commitment to sustainability by focusing on products that improve plant health and reduce inputs. Such products, some of which feature Bayer’s StressGard Formulation Technology, will provide obvious economic and environmental benefits.

“We are committed to developing products that not only deliver superior results, but also show our consideration for the environment.” – Richard Rees, Senior Principal Scientist, Environmental Science, a business unit of Bayer CropScience LP.
