After a long wait, sports teams were to begin using the new Kiwanis Sports Field in Niagara, Ontario, Canada last week. But someone or some people made sure that wouldn’t happen. Last Saturday, a city employee discovered a huge section of turf had been cut up and torn away from the $3.8-million artificial sports field.
