Alligare, LLC is pleased to announce that effective immediately Fluridone herbicide is available for the U.S. aquatic market. This registration follows close behind the recent agreement between Alligare and Baker Hughes granting them the exclusive global distribution of MAGNACIDE™H HERBICIDE.
Fluridone provides effective control of submersed and floating vascular aquatic vegetation and some algae varieties including duckweed, Brazilian elodea, cabomba, curlyleaf pondweed, Eurasian water milfoil, hydrilla, salvina spp. Fluridone’s selectivity is dependent upon dosage, timing, stages of growth, application technique and water velocity.
