Dr Blair Leftwich of Trace Analysis has prepared a short explanation of appropriate times and conditions to do accurate wipe testing of sports fields. Testing for publicly accessible sports fields will be required for sports field owners located in California once the Prop 65 consent judgment has been confirmed by the courts. Regular wipe testing is the approved method to test for lead (Pb) content and potential exposure.
