Be sure to indicate on this registration form if you plan to attend the Annual Meeting and Lunch on Thurs., Jan. 14, and the Awards Reception and Banquet on Fri., Jan. 15.
Don’t forget to take advantage of the early registration discount. Fees increase to $400 after Dec. 15.
