Free seminar on synthetic turf at Ohio State

The Ohio State University Extension Service is offering a free seminar next week on “Synthetic Turf Systems.” This one-day seminar is being offered in response to the frequent questions we get about the many different systems that are available, field construction issues and fundraising opportunities.

The seminar is taking place at the Buckeye Hall of Fame Cafe in Columbus and includes morning sessions on engineering, construction, synthetic turf and fundraising. After a provided lunch at the Cafe, there is an optional tour of Ohio Stadium with Field Superintendent Brian Gimbel. Spaces are limited and the deadline to register for this free event is this Friday.
