Residents of the Glens Falls City (NY) School District will have four proposals to support May 19. There is the $38.8 million budget, three candidates for two seats on the school board and a proposal to spend up to $61,500 on two vans. The district will also need approval from voters to create a capital reserve fund, where money will be kept for one purpose: To eventually replace the synthetic turf at the high school athletic field.
