Atlantic Irrigation Specialties, Inc., a leading distributor of irrigation equipment in the Eastern United States, has agreed to enter into a distributorship relationship with Baseline, Inc. Baseline is a leading manufacturer of smart irrigation controllers that use soil moisture sensors to optimize landscape watering.
