Spectra Sports Surfaces today announced the addition of Charlie Meeks to the Management Team. He will serve as Director of Operations, primarily responsible for the quality of installations and services provided to our clients and potential clients.
Mr. Meeks has more than 20 years experience in the athletics industry, including construction of athletic fields, running tracks, baseball facilities and numerous other sports related projects. As manager of the 1984 U.S. Olympic Soccer Team, Charlie traveled abroad to further the development of our athletes’ training programs, including the development of high performance synthetic turf surfaces. Charlie’s relationships in the Athletics Industry are numerous at the highest levels of management of professional and collegiate programs. Mr. Meeks was formerly President of Turbo Link International, a sports facilities specialties contractor.
