The Toro Company today reported net earnings of $119.7 million, or $3.10 per share, on net sales of $1,878.2 million for its fiscal year ended October 31, 2008. The company’s results for fiscal 2008 were reduced by a pre-tax charge of $4.7 million, or $0.08 per share on an after-tax basis, taken in its fiscal fourth quarter to account for workforce adjustments.
