An uncertain economic climate has cooled school board members’ support for more artificial turf on Spring-Ford Area (PA) athletic fields.
Although the nine-member board voted 7-2 on Nov. 24 to move forward with laying fake grass on the HS-9 practice field, there was some hesitancy.
