ANDALUSIA, AL—The Vertical Slicer Aerator (VSA) from Turf Pride is a dual purpose implement that serves the golf, sports turf and lawn care markets. Each rotor shaft (Patent Pending) on the VSA 21 is equipped with carbide tipped blades; the blades on the Vertical Slice rotor are 7 ½ inches in diameter, 1/8 inch thick and spaced 4 inches apart. The blades on the rear Verti-cut rotor are 4 inches in diameter, 1/16 inch thick and spaced 1inch apart. The unit comes standard with a 5.5 HP Honda engine supplying plenty of power to the dual rotor shafts. The VSA has a working swath of 21 inches and productivity is up to 10,000 square feet per hour. Weight is 140 pounds and has 8 inch x 1-3/4 inch tire and wheel assembly with greasable bearings standard. The VSA comes fully assembled with exception of the handle bar assembly.
